	NICALY NOTTING Nicaly brings 15 years of below-the-line marketing know-how – on both sides of the fence – to your campaign. She’s highly experienced in sales promotions and trade marketing, and has worked locally and overseas on some of the world’s biggest brand names, including Jim Beam, Virgin, Roche, Danone and more recently Merck Serono and Gatorade. Nicaly launched Spark Up!, her own promotional merchandise agency, ten years ago. As the company’s director, Nicaly ensures she meets her clients’ needs both financially and strategically and is dedicated to delivering campaigns in the most efficient way possible.  Nicaly loves a challenge and that includes walking 100km for charity!
ANISSA UPTON Anissa knows how to juggle, and that’s essential as Spark Up’s production manager. She’s honed her skills and experience over the past 18 years, on through-the-line multi-channel campaigns for the likes of Vodafone, Katies, Colonial State Bank and Microsoft. It’s Anissa’s job to ensure all production aspects of Spark Up’s many campaigns are met to the highest of standards – both financially and within the time-frames promised. In her down time, Anissa’s a keen runner and boxing enthusiast – so it probably comes as no surprise that our suppliers don’t mess with her!
	PETA MOYNIHAN Need a flying pig? Peta’s your girl. Dubbed the Spark Up Sorcerer, Peta makes it her mission to take all our crazy, fabulous notions – anything our clients wish for, basically – and bring those ideas to fruition. In fact, we’ve learned there isn’t much that Peta can’t find somewhere! Before Spark Up, Peta worked in a range of marketing agencies on many blue chip accounts, so she brings a wealth of knowledge and her bulging supplier contacts book wherever she goes. Peta’s other hidden talent is being able to drive the forklift in heels and a skirt, which we happen to think is pretty special.
TIONA FISCHER Tiona started her career as a mac operator in pre-press studios around Sydney. London came calling, however, and Tiona was quickly snatched up by advertising conglomerate Publicis. Bringing bucket-loads of design and print experience to her role as creative artworker at Spark Up, Tiona’s our go-to girl when we need a specific look’n’feel for a campaign. Currently residing in Vietnam, Tiona works remotely for Spark Up, but we’re in constant contact via Skype (if she’s not out riding her moped around Ho Chi Minh city , that is!)
